Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, clients are expected to:

  • Be Punctual: Arrive on time for sessions. Sessions will not be extended beyond the scheduled time for late arrivals.
  • Follow Directions: Adhere to all instructions provided. Compliance with our recommendations is crucial for your progress.
  • Have Required Equipment: Purchase necessary equipment and tools in a timely manner to support your training.
  • Avoid Certain Activities: Cease any activities we advise against to avoid delays in your progress.
  • Attend Regularly: Participate in at least 12 sessions per month for effective treatment of pain or posture problems. Fewer sessions may lead to slower or no progress.
  • Stay Committed: Maintain continuous attendance and engagement to ensure steady progress.

Service Based on Dedication

Our goal is to help clients who are dedicated to their progress. If we observe that our recommendations are not being followed consistently, we may need to discontinue services. This allows us to focus our efforts on those who are fully committed to making positive changes and achieving their goals.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to adjust your schedule. To accommodate this, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • Zoom Sessions: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 11 hours and 59 minutes before the start of your session.

Please note that all sales are final, and no refunds will be given. We encourage you to plan your schedule carefully to make the most of our services.

Before starting any new exercise program, clients should consult with a healthcare professional. Participation in our programs is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise.

Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify our services, schedules, and pricing. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Non-Transferability

Sessions and discounts are non-transferable. They are intended solely for the client who has enrolled.

Payments

All payments for our services must be made through PayPal for efficiency and security.
