What’s Included

  • 📱 App-Based Support: Access to habit tracking, progress monitoring, and ongoing support through our app. You’ll receive workouts programmed specifically for you, which must be completed within the week they are assigned.
  • 💻 Weekly Zoom Sessions: Semi-private sessions where you’ll be in your own private breakout room, separate from other participants. This setup ensures that no one else can see or hear you while your coach guides you through exercises, monitors your progress, and makes necessary adjustments.

Program Structure

  • ⏳ 4-Week Cycles: The program is structured in 4-week cycles, allowing you to reassess and adjust your plan based on your progress.
  • ⏲️ Session Requirements: All sessions, both Zoom and app-based, must be completed within each 4-week period. Any sessions not used will be forfeited.
