What’s Expected of You

  • 🗓️ Attend Sessions: Regular participation is key to your progress. Please note, all Zoom classes must be rescheduled at least 12 hours before the start of the session. If not, the session will be forfeited.
  • 📅 Complete App Workouts: All app workouts must be completed within the week they are assigned. It’s your responsibility to ensure they’re done on time, as they will be lost if not completed.
  • ✅ Follow the Plan: Complete the exercises and habit changes provided.
  • 📈 Engage with the App: Use the app to track progress and communicate.
  • 📝 Adhere to Advice: Follow daily activity recommendations to maximize results.
